These terms cover the website, interactive game, projector view and printable output.
Who runs the activity
Adult supervision
The tool is designed for an adult parent, teacher, caregiver or group leader. The adult chooses the age range and categories, decides whether a question suits the children present, supervises any movement activity and controls printing or projector use.
Permitted use
Play, classroom display and printing
You may use the tool and print its generated cards or read-aloud sheets for personal, family, classroom, library, therapy-group, camp or other noncommercial educational use. You may not sell the generated sheets, republish the complete question bank, remove its source credit for redistribution, or use automated extraction to recreate a competing corpus.
Content boundary
Licences
The website interface, full question collection, vetting standard and original presentation remain protected content except for the permissions above. The separate machine-readable sample is offered under CC BY 4.0 on the attribution terms stated inside that file. That sample licence does not apply to the full collection or site code.
Important limits
Entertainment, not professional advice
The age bands and automated checks are editorial safeguards, not medical, psychological, legal, curriculum or child-development advice. No automated word list can guarantee that every prompt suits every child or context. The service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Data minimization
Privacy and contact
The site has no submission form or account. The separate Privacy notice explains browser preferences, necessary hosting operations and the current absence of a configured contact channel.
Changes
Updates to these terms
Material updates will change the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means use under the updated terms.
